We book the property through Agoda and turned out the unit belongs to individual owner not Mantra. We spoke long in the receptionist through the phone with Agoda team to figure things out as the owner forgot to send the code to get the key and unlock the unit. However, there is a hotel staff named Adi who was on duty at that time and he has been extremely great and helpful to us. He indeed made our day much better... kuddos!

The room was fine but you finance keeping leaves a lot to be desired. The first person we saw said we hadn’t paid and we had. I have subsequently been debited three charges for my stay which we had paid for. I have only received notification 13.4.24 of a refund (a week after leaving your venue). Not satisfied. Staff need to be trained better.

Very disappointed at MANTRA ON HAY! Room 210 has a bed infested with bed bugs. Absolutely disgusted to have had this experience at your hotel. The hotel takes returning customers for granted, the space and two bedroom was appealing but the hotel has become a run down dump. Never again. Dirty chipped furniture worn out chair cushions, drink spill stains under glass tabletops and laying on the floor because of bedbugs! Accor and mantra you should be ashamed. Sleepless nights can be added to this hotels features.
